My second head cupping experience with Saira : the cupping point was easily found but that’s down to Saira being professional in what she does, my hair was not shaved or cut, no need for it, the cupping was slightly painful but bearable and Saira's comforting manner eased off any worries I had. I suffer with bad eyesight and am slowly adjusting to varifocals, at the moment I struggle with bright lights and a fuzzy head, but this morning the clarity in my eyesight was unbelievable, everything appeared bright and clear. I experienced no soreness in the back of the head the following morning and slept peacefully that night. I had hijama done on my shoulder that was slightly inflamed and I did weights in the gym this evening and experienced no pain. I do actually feel refreshed today and my daughter commented on how well I looked when most of the time they don’t take notice 😂. Yes we are insured and all our teachers and health practitioners are qualified and have had the necessary checks
Do you do discovery calls on the phone?
A 15 min call can be booked.
A consultation cannot be held over the phone.
What are root causes?
This is assessed individually in your appointment. Investigating the root cause is discussed and we work together to assist in healing.
Stress, unhealthy diet, negative emotions, poor sleep, toxins, genetics, trauma and inactivity are some root causes.

Cupping Therapy
Fire cupping integrates with holistic medicine, as it has been found to treat the whole person. Cupping therapy increases flexibility and stamina, improves pain and anxiety and enhances the immune system.
Hijamah is wet cupping. This is offered on Sunnah days and for inflammatory issues.
